Dataplace Data User Accreditation Support Group
Welcome to the Dataplace Data User Accreditation Support Group!
ABOUT
This group is for universities and organisations working on attaining Dataplace data user accreditation to meet, share about the process and support one another along the way. The group will engage with and direct questions to the Office of the National Data Commissioner (ONDC), who owns Dataplace and manages the accreditation process.
Any university or organisation working towards Dataplace data user accreditation should join.
Noting that participants will be at different stages in the accreditation process, this group will tailor conversations at the meetings to their needs.
The group will remain active for as long as the community requires it.
BACKGROUND
The ONDC has launched the Dataplace platform, which allows organisations and researchers to request access to and to share government-related data. To gain access to this data, you need to be accredited.
Learn more about Dataplace, the DATA Scheme and Dataplace data user accreditation.
MEETINGS
Meetings are run via Zoom or, if the ONDC is attending, Microsoft Teams.
Meetings will be held as and when needed, usually once a month.
For details of previous meetings, please contact the ARDC.
