TAX CREDIT FOR BUSINESSES
Businesses in Pennsylvania subject to one or more of the following taxes are eligible to use EITC and OSTC.
Personal Income Tax
Corporate Net Income Tax
Bank Shares Tax
Title Insurance & Trust Company Shares Tax
Insurance Premium Tax
Mutual Thrift Tax
Malt Beverage Tax
Retalitory Fees under section 212 of the Insurance Company Law of 1921
TAX CREDIT FOR INDIVIDUALS
Tax Credit - 90% Return
Requires a donation of $1,000 or more. This must be a two year commitment. You will receive 90% credit on your PA State taxes.
Tax Credit - 75% Return
Make a donation of $5000 or more. This can be a one year or two year commitment. If 1 year, you will receive 75% tax credit on your PA taxes. If two years, you will receive 90%.
DIRECT DONATION
Direct Donation
You can donate directly by check. Since SSF is a registered non-profit 501c(3), your donation will be deductible to the extent allowed by law on your tax return.
