Buddy Teacher Responsibilities:
- PGP support
- Support for daily concerns and classroom operations; check-ins as often as possible/as needed
- Review of resources as needed for problems of practice and/or PGP implementation
- Observing Master Teachers with Buddy Teacher (minimum of 1 per semester)
- Classroom drop-ins as often as possible & provide specific feedback
