Athletic Department Forms
**All Athletic forms need to be on file in the Athletic Department before a student-athlete participating in a sport*
Final Forms is the online data management system that we use for K-12 to manage emergency medical forms, handbooks, and other activities.
Registration for the 2026-2027 SPORT SEASONS are open NOW for incoming athletes in 7th-12th grade and will open for the general student body on June 30, 2026.
Please review your forms online and provide your signature at the bottom of each form to verify information is current. You can add new information or update information at any time during the year.
For students in grades 7-12 that plan to play a sport, the parent and student registration needs to be completed as soon as possible in order to begin fall practices. Complete all online forms, print the physical form and have the doctor sign the form. Return the completed physical to the Athletic Office before Aug. 1, 2026. An updated hard copy must be turned in to the office.

2025-26 NWOAL All-Sports Standings
With the conclusion of the 2025-26 NWOAL spring sports seasons, Wauseon has won the boys all-
sports standings and Archbold has won the girls all-sports standings.
2025-26 boys standings: Wauseon 52.5 Archbold 50.5, Liberty Center 50.5, Bryan 41.5, Evergneen
33.5, Patrick Henry 33.5, Delta 32.5 and Swanton 26.5.
NWOAL boys fall team champions include Wauseon (golf and socer), Bryan (cross country) and
Liberty Center (football). Winter champions include Bryan (bowling), Archbold (wrestling), Liberty Center
(basketball and bowling), Patrick Henry (basketball) and Wauseon (bowling). Spring champions include Patrick
Henry (baseball) and Liberty Center (track).
2025-26 girls standings: Archbold 48, Bryan 45, Wauseon 38.5, Patrick Henry 37, Liberty Center 33.5,
Delta 30.5, and Evergreen 29.5 and Swanton 20.

Archbold High School Event Entry Information
Entry Gates for All Football/Track and Field Contests
Entry for football and track and field contests will take place at the east side ticket booth (visitor stands) and the west side ticket booth (home stands). Gates will open one hour before game time for football contests. Adult tickets are $8.00, senior citizen and student tickets are $5.00.

DIRECTIONS: Turn west off of Defiance St. (Route 66) onto Lafayette Street by the church north of McDonald’s. The stadium is on the north side of Lafayette Street next to the high school.
Entry Gates for All Soccer Contests
Entry for girls varsity soccer contests will take place on the south side of Spengler Field. The ticket gate is on Holland St. Adult tickets are $8.00, senior citizen and student tickets are $5.00. The stands for spectator seating is located on the east side of the field. Gates will open one hour before contest start time.
Address: Spengler Field. Corner of Holland Street and Bankey Avenue in Archbold.
DIRECTIONS: At the intersection of South Defiance St. and Holland St., turn west. The stadium will be on the north side of the street, next to Ruihley Park.
Entry Gates of Volleyball/Basketball/Wrestling Contests
Entry for volleyball, basketball, and wrestling contests will take place at the front of the high school. There are two entry doors. Gates will open one hour before the start time. Adult tickets are $8.00, senior citizen and student tickets are $5.00.

The tennis courts are located North of the high school.

Entry for Baseball/Softball Contests
The baseball/softball diamonds are located at Archbold Memorial Park, which is across the street from the High School.

DIRECTIONS: Turn west off of Defiance St. (Route 66) onto Lafayette Street by the church north of McDonald’s. The baseball/softball fields are on the SOUTH side of Lafayette Street across from the high school.
Entry for Golf Contests
All home golf contests are played at Ironwood Golf Course in Wauseon.

DIRECTIONS: From Archbold High School travel east on Lafayette Street. Lafayette St. becomes W. Barre Road. W. Barre Road becomes County Road C. Turn left (north) on Country Road 19. Turn right (east) on OH-2. Turn slightly right onto Country Road E. End at Ironwood Golf Course.
