Time Schedules: Departure and Return

On Sunday August 4th, please bring your luggage, instrument, and sleeping bag between 7:30 and 8:00 to the student parking lot on the corner of Duarte and El Monte. You may then leave and return by 10 o'clock with your lunch and a drink. Bring/wear your Music Club lanyard if you have been to camp before ready for your new name tag.

Orchestra and Choir

Enter the north parking lot on El Monte, by the PAC, using the north entrance, closest to Campus Drive.

Drop off luggage.

Exit at the south gate to that lot. One way traffic will help all!

Band and Guard

Enter the south lot on El Monte. Enter the lot at the gate closest to Duarte.

Exit at the signal on Duarte.


One way traffic will make it faster for all.


Sunday, August 4th

7:30 - 8:00 Luggage drop off for all student and chaperone luggage, sleeping bags, instruments.

Some roll their collapsed music stand in their sleeping bag. If you do not have a sleeping bag cover, put it in a trash bag and mark your name clearly with marker on tape. (Bring an extra plastic bag for return trip.)

You may leave and return between 9:30 and 10:00.

10:00 Required check in. In person. Get cabin assignment.

10:30 Whistle blows. Be checked in and in line with your section.


Friday, August 9th

3:15 Anticipated time of arrival at AHS. Please have arrangements for picking up your student.

Students are not to leave until all trucks are unloaded. If everyone pitches in, it goes quickly.

Adults can not leave until all students are picked up. Please pick up on time.
