Tina Chikhani began her career in 1996 with Khalil Fattal & Sons as the Brand Manager across luxury perfumes, cosmetics, and F&B departments. In 2003 Tina moved to Cadbury Adams Middle East where she was appointed as the Chocolate Category Manager for the Middle East region. Tina went on to join Unilever in 2006 where she held several positions in Marketing & Sales across the North Africa & Middle East (NAME) region.
Tina more recently led the gender diversity pillar globally in the CD ED&I trailblazers under the sponsorship of the Chief Customer Officer and reside on the ED&I board of MENA, she worked closely with MENA, India, Turkey, and Indonesia to improve women representation in the sales function.
Making it personal: Married to her soulmate Michel Nader, she is a mother of two (Alex & Skye) and a stepmum to an incredible teenager Nicolas. Tina is always on the look of what more she can do to grow, to try new things and push her limits and boundaries. She discovered an acute interest for disruption, especially after embarking on her personal software update Tina 3.0, she spent the last 2 years updating her skill set and becoming future fit by taking on roles outside her comfort zone and taking high level academic input from Columbia University business school and Stanford Business School.
