We have designed an automatic fade clipper that can be used to automatically give people fades when ever, where ever and have called it Fadex. We aim to help people reduce how much they spend at the barbers, by allowing for a one time purchase that gives them a consistently perfect fade everytime they use it. Many people struggle with worrying about if they are going to get the perfect cut and also spending sometimes hundreds of dirhams in the pursuit of this.
Our product will make the ridiculous prices that some barbers charge, along with the worry that the cut will even be worth it, redundant. Because of its wide range of potential users, we can market and distribute our product around the world. Our target audience for Fadex will be people in the ages of 12-30 as these are the people who are most concerned with the hair and as shown on our video, the ages that are most likely to be getting fades.
Our product's unique nature comes from our use of laser technology, a technology which has never been properly integrated into this market before. We are using this technology to measure the distance between the blades and the head of the client.
Currently, no competitors are utilizing this technology meaning our product can stay the same size as conventional clippers but still being able to deliver a flawless, consistent fades every time. We will revolutionise the grooming market with Fadex and making traditional barbers obsolete. The main competitors for our product are other traditionally clipper brands and barbers. However with how unique and revolutionary our product is, the competition won't be able to keep up.
