Some everyday snack ideas
Cut up bananas, and put in the freezer, once frozen add to a food processor and blend with a tiny bit of milk or natural yogurt. Blend until creamy. EAT!

Make fruit ice blocks.
Yoghurt drops - drop yogurt onto baking paper, and put in the freezer. EAT
Flavour water with water drops or cut-up fruit.
Fruit salad or fruit kebabs.
