What is Arapaho Heights Preservation?

Arapaho Heights Preservation is a group of Arapaho Heights neighbors working with each other and the City of Richardson to:

• Preserve the light, space and privacy that gives Arapaho Heights its unique appeal
• Raise awareness of the democratic processes and incentives provided by the City of Richardson to encourage compatible renovation and construction, including Neighborhood Development Overlay Districts, the Home Improvement Incentive Program and the Community Revitalization Awards
• Serve as a resource for neighbors who are interested in renovating their homes
• Foster pride in our neighborhood by furthering the understanding of its history and the history of the City of Richardson.
