The Raffle Period will officially begin on the 12th September and will continue until the 21st October 2024. No entries will be accepted after the closing date, so all participants must ensure they submit their entries within this timeframe to be eligible for the draw.

Regarding the Entry Restrictions, the raffle is inclusive and open to everyone, regardless of age, both within and outside the Aquinas College community. This means that residents from the local area, as well as individuals who are not directly associated with the school, can participate in the raffle. There are no specific limitations based on age or community affiliation, making it accessible to a wide audience.

To enter, participants must visit the official website or scan the QR code during the raffle period.

Once directed to the TryBooking platform, participants can choose from the following ticket options:

• Single Raffle Ticket: $10

• 3 Raffle Tickets: $20

• 10 Raffle Tickets: $50

There is no limit to the number of tickets a participant can purchase.

Tickets are only valid once payment has been confirmed. No refunds or exchanges are available once a ticket has been purchased.

Entries are only valid if purchased during the designated raffle period.

The raffle draw will take place at the year 12 final day assembly on the 22nd October. Winners will be drawn at random and notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

Trailer must be claimed within the specified time frame communicated at the time of the draw.

The Camper Trailer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless explicitly stated.

All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to a charity chosen by Aquinas College and the VCE:VM
Camper Trailer Group.

The exact charity and donation amount will be announced after the raffle concludes.

By entering the raffle, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the raffle, notifying winners, and distributing prizes.

The personal information of entrants will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Aquinas College reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Any decisions made by the raffle organizers regarding entry eligibility, draw process, or prize distribution are final and binding.

This raffle is conducted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations governing raffles and lotteries in the applicable jurisdiction.
