1) When is the first day of school? August 20, 2025 2) Where can I find this year’s school calendar? Click here for the 25-26 Academic Calendar 3) How do I register my child? All registration forms will be filled out online this year via Parent Portal. The link is provided on the school website and will open up Thursday, July 31st by 8:00 am. 4) What if I forgot my Parent Portal login? Click Forgot Password and it will send you a link to whatever email you registered your child with last school year. 5) What email should I use when registering my child? It is important that you put an email address on your child’s registration that you check regularly. The email address you attach to your child’s registration is the one used for district email communications as well as access to your child’s grades. 6) What documents are allowed for Proof of Residency? The documents below must be current within 90 days. a. Electric Bill b. Water Bill c. Trash Bill d. Lease Agreement or Hill County Tax Statement 7) What if I don’t have internet access at home and am unable to register online? Computers will be available at In-Person Registration on August 5th 7:00-3:00 that you may use. 8) What if I have questions while I’m registering from home? School personnel will be available to assist by calling (254) 694-3770 from 8:00-3:00 daily. After business hours available by emailing INFO@AQUILLAISD.NET. 9) When will secondary students receive their schedules? Secondary schedules will be available online via parent portal on August 5th. Schedule changes will be posted at a later date. Please look for communication if your students needs a schedule change. 10) When will secondary students get their lockers? Lockers will be assigned and handed out at Family Night on Monday, August 18th
