Urgent
Callouts during weekdays are charged at £90/h after 5pm, £120/h after 9pm, £150/h after midnight. First hour is charged in full, followed by half hour increments.

Travel will be charged at £0.99/mile. Tolls, parking & ferries will be charged at cost.
Travel time/distance will be dependent on time of day from the location detailed on the Announcement Banner at the top of each web-page.
Telephone support will be available en route to any Urgent Callout Service.
Parts, materials & equipment may need to be rented or purchased on an urgent basis, therefore charged accordingly.
Currency exchange will be calculated at XE.com, GBP/Euro rate, on the day of service.
Please refer to our Services page to evaluate whether the situation is truly urgent before calling outside working hours.

Non-urgent
Maintenance & Servicing
Experienced engineer hourly rate £72. Minimum charge 1 hour from arrival on board/marina, charged in 30 minute increments until departure thereafter.
Junior engineer solo hourly rate £52.50. Minimum charge 1 hour from arrival on board/marina, charged in 30 minute increments until departure thereafter.
Engineering labourer/assistance hourly rate £50. Minimum charge 1 hour from arrival on board/marina, charged in 30 minute increments until departure thereafter
Fabrication hourly rate £82. Minimum charge 1 hour charged in 15 minute intervals thereafter.
Diving, cranage, and shipyard services charged at cost. Direction charged at hourly rate as appropriate.
Parts and consumables sourced and charged accordingly. There is no additional charge for owner sourced/supplied parts, fitted at hourly rate as required.
Travel time personnel charged at rate of £35/h first hour, £25/h thereafter. Charged in 10 minute increments pro-rata.
Travel expenses charged at cost + 10% administration.
Vehicle mileage charged at £0.85 per mile for first 150 miles, £0.65 per mile thereafter.
All charges are ex. VAT at standard government rate for location.

Installations & Upgrades
Engineering off-site design hourly rate £80 charged in 15 minute increments.

Quotations are charged at the appropriate design rate minus 20%

Fixed-labour quotes are available, but charged at a premium rate & job dependent.
