Together at a Distance: Designing Meaningful Learning in Your Remote Courses

Held on May 18-21, 2020 via Zoom

Institute Overview

The 2020 CTLA Faculty Summer Institute was a timely and unique professional development opportunity, focused on helping faculty engage students in remote learning environments. The four half-day institute focused on teaching, learning, and technology. Each day we conversed about a variety of topics that resourced faculty with timely strategies and teaching practices that are effective in a remote learning environment. The first two days were focused on synchronous (real-time) strategies, and the latter two days were focused on asynchronous (self-paced) strategies.
