Thanks to our partnership with IT, APU students can purchase MSW Swag Items through Formstack. Formstack will be open for designated times (generally two weeks at a time), and students can make purchases there with a debit or credit card. Once the form is designated as "closed," please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order from MSWSA. Students will receive an email confirmation after their purchase and instructions on how/when to pick up their item.
Purchasing dates will be designated by the MSWSA Board, and students will receive information via email.
In-person swag will be sold on designated days during specified events or between and after classes. Purchasing swag in person is via debit or credit card (NO venmo, zelle, cashapp, etc.) from one of our card terminals on the assigned sale days. The dates and times for purchases will be updated here and listed below.

What items are available on Formstack?
Items available to order are listed on the APU MSWSA website under the "SWAG" tab. Merchandise for this first launch (10/03/2023) are based on student feedback and interest. Additional items such as accessories, and merchandise colors will be added based on student feedback. Students will be sent a feedback form after the first launch to share their experience and interest for future items.
When is the deadline for placing an order?
This form will be open from 10/04/2023 until 10/13/2023. Please note, if you place an order after 10/13/2023 your items will not be available to pick up for this first SWAG sale and will be available for pick up at the SECOND SWAG sale (which is TBD).
What payment methods are accepted?
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
When will I receive my items?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from when the form closes (10/13) for your item to be received.
