All APT Members are invited to attend Rep Council. Executive Board and Site Reps run the meetings and vote on official business. Notes from the meetings are linked below and will be distributed via personal email to all members. Site Reps will also report on business discussed during Site Meetings. 

Meetings are typically on the first Tuesday of the month depending on the vacation calendar (with an additional meeting in May to celebrate retirees). Please note that the February meeting date falls outside of that pattern this year.

Meetings are from 4:00-5:15 and are held via Zoom. Members should check your personal emails for meeting link.

Executive Board meets on a monthly basis, usually the third Tuesday of the month unless otherwise noted.* These are typically closed door meetings unless reports from other Committees are requested. If members have a concern that they think needs to be addressed at an Executive Board meeting, they should report their concern to their Head Reps and the Elementary, Middle or High School Director for their level.
