The goal of the H.I.R.E.D! Program is that every student leaves high school with a clear, focused plan for their future. High quality career coaching is a part of developing that plan. Our coaches help students go through the process of developing career goals, then develop the appropriate pathway to those goals. Sometimes the pathway is through college. Other times it is a career and technical school or program. Still, other times it is an apprenticeship or other on the job training program. Coaches help each student based on their individual needs and career goals.
