The Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program is based upon a philosophy of recognizing positive contributions of students.
Parents, teachers, and students must work together to maintain a safe learning environment. As part of PBIS, teachers, administrators, and support staff have the responsibility to teach positive behavior expectations to students.

In classrooms and other common areas of the school, teachers and staff members observe students demonstrating respect, responsibility, readiness to learn, and safey throughout the day. When they are observed they earn Dojo points or Rambucks. Students can exchange Ram Bucks for Dojo points. Students are able to make purchases with Dojo points/Rambucks earned from the Dojo cart.
Here are the Rambucks that students can earn during lunch/recess, in the hallway, restroom break, or any time that a student is being Ramtastic!
Students are able to make purchases with Dojo points/Rambucks earned from the Dojo cart, weekly or bi-weekly. Ritzman's Dojo cart inventory is sponsored by the Ritzman PTO. If you would like to support PTO, contact them at ritzmanpto@gmail.com. Teachers and staff members also make contributions to the Dojo cart. Students in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade provide input on items that they would like to see added to the Dojo cart during lunch time discussions; students in 3rd grade through 5th grade provide input via a Google Form student survey.
