Students in the Design and Performing Arts Academy will complete a Google form. Students in Technology & Engineering will complete a physical form.
All forms are at the bottom of the page by academy/counselor.

How do I know who my student's counselor is?
Log into Home Access-if you're having trouble logging into Home Access please contact the school and speak to a secretary.
Click the Registration Icon
The counselor will be listed under your student's personal information (name, birthdate, house team, counselor)
COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS INFORMATION
Students interested/new to CCP (college credit plus) must also complete the course request form. Interested students and families should plan to attend the CCP Night, Thursday, February 1, 2024, from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 10 N Main Street in Room 201.

Pathway Transfer Request Form
Students interested in possibly switching their pathway for next school year can complete this form. CLICK HERE.
There are NO GUARANTEES that your request will be approved. Just because you complete this form does not mean there is room in the pathway you're requesting.
You should complete your schedule request as normal (current pathway). If approved we'll make the necessary adjustments.
