AECHS Drama Club One Acts

Explanation of the One Acts

  • Back at the start of the 2020 Spring Semester, the Drama Club team wanted to write and perform a collection of sketches that would resemble a sort of variety show. Students suggested many ideas, and we even got a couple of practices in, when all of a sudden, it all came to a close. However, Drama Club wanted to push forward and find a way to continue the performance.

The following is a collection of sketches written and performed by Drama Club. Much of what you're about to watch had already been written for the stage, so the team re-wrote the sketches for the screen . . . or at least, the computer screen.

The students put a lot of work into this project. They wrote the script, found new actors, found common times to film, and learned how to actually make this all work.

Some sketches are broken up into two parts, so be sure to watch the separated scenes in order.

Lastly, Enjoy!

The Show Must Go On!
