 Akron Public Schools Graduation Requirements Site

Akron Public Schools requires students to have a total of 21 credits   

The breakdown for credits are as follows

• • English- 4 Credits

  • Math- 4 Credits

  • Social Studies- 3 Credits

  • Science- 3 Credits

  • Health- 1/2 Credit

  • Gym- 1/2 Credit (1 semester=1/4 credit)

  • Electives- 5 Credits

  • Fine art- 1 Credit

• 1 Credit = 1 full year
