Let’s improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and stamina while building personal confidence. This summer you’ll learn how to stay calm and refresh your body and mind. Yoga has been shown to improve mental clarity, help with sleep, and reduce stress and anxiety at any age. Mindfulness practices and social-emotional learning with movement, sound and FUN!
