LET 1 Instructor

First Sergeant Barker serves as a Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Instructor for the Army JROTC Warrior Battalion and is responsible for teaching LET 1 cadets. He focuses on introducing cadets to Army JROTC fundamentals, discipline, and teamwork, while instilling core Army values and helping cadets build confidence and character from the start of their JROTC journey.
