The Modern Band is a commercial/pop music ensemble that welcomes all students regardless of musical experience to perform in the ensemble. We hold two main performances per year.

What Is Modern BAnd?
Modern Band is a commercial music/pop music ensemble. Commercial music is music that is popular with many people (think Rap, Rock, Pop, R&B, etc.). Students gain proficiency on an instrument of their choice, guitar, bass guitar, piano, or drum set.
Modern Band is NOT a replacement to traditional Concert Band but rather a supplement to it..
