About Ms. Dennard
I'm Ms. AC Dennard, director of the JLIA Royal Lions Band. I believe musical excellence can be achieved through hard work, dedication, and musicianship. I love fostering student musicians' talent in music and exposing them to new musical ideas. I am a professional clarinetist and composer, having recently performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City. I look forward to working with our band musicians!
About Mr. Robinson
I'm Mr. Cory Robinson, music teacher and director of the JLIA Royal Lions Chorus and JLIA Modern Band. I've always had a love for music and love to share it with others. I can remember as a kid that I used to love listening to my mom sing and play the piano. I have been inspired by many musicians. Some of my favorites are Herbie Hancock, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, and Ariana Grande. I'm excited to learn about my students' favorite types of music and help collaborate with our future musicians and music appreciators.
