Virtual Learning
We will be using a few different platforms to maximize student learning throughout the school year! Each day/week after each Zoom lesson, every student is expected to log on to one of the platforms detailed below and complete an independent virtual assignment assigned through Google Classroom. ALL platforms are accessible through your child's APS MyBackpack account.

GOOGLE CLASSROOM
Google Classroom is an online digital classroom where teachers post assignments and communicate with students in real-time throughout the day. In turn, students are able to send messages, turn in work and access online learning materials while in Google Classroom.
ZOOM
We will meet as a class DAILY on zoom, video. Links to access the zoom calls will be posted in Google Classroom.
IXL
IXL Learning is an educational technology company that delivers an immersive e-learning experience—for all students, in all grades, in math, English language arts, science, and social studies.
FRECKLE
This online learning platform allows students to practice Math and English Language Arts at their own level. Freckle continuously adapts to each student's individual skills, so each student is getting the appropriate challenge, whether they're working at, above or below grade level.
SEESAW
Seesaw is a platform that allows students to interact with the teacher and other students, by uploading images and videos pertaining to the content being taught.
I-READY
i-Ready Learning is a collection of rigorous reading and mathematics instructional resources designed to address every student's learning needs, accelerate growth, and enable all students to access grade-level learning.
