APS Mission: Through a caring culture of equity, trust, and collaboration, every student will graduate ready for college, career, and life. 

APS Well-being Theory of Action: If we invest deeply in the physical, social-emotional, and financial well-being of aps staff, then APS staff will experience greater personal wellbeing, feel more sustained and supported in their work and be better positioned to model wellbeing practices for students and support the whole child so our students survive!

Quick Start Health Assessment: School Edition

RISE Virtual:   A no cost, online platform that assists schools/districts with assessing, building and executing a plan.  There are internal benchmarks identified in the platform based on a school or district’s activity level.  When that is triggered, it will put the school and or district in cue for a follow up from one of the RISE virtual managers. Those interested will need to create an Action Center account profile via the Alliance for a Healthier Generation platform here

Consider establishing and joining race-based affinity groups to discuss and processes issues of race and equity in our community and at APS.
