SAE stands for Supervised Agricultural Experience. SAE tie real world experiences to the classroom and FFA for students. They help students discover possible career fields while teaching valuable skills needed for any career. The SAE usually happens outside school. There are many types of SAEs, the areas are:
FFA members are required to have an SAE. All students will start out with a Foundational SAE in class. For those looking at a Proficiency and degrees, you will need an Immersion SAE.
