Public Meetings

These meetings are open to everyone, held 3 times a year in the Oakwood/District Board Room, and meeting minutes are taken.

• September - Welcome back to school & school year budget overview.

• January - Mid year check-in & budget review.

• May - End of year event & budget review.

Fundraising

We have 2 main fundraisers each year that raise a majority of our funds:  

• No Fuss Fundraiser (in the fall)

• March - ReAd Challenge & Fundraiser

Popcorn

We provide popcorn for all students on the first Thursday of the month when they are in school.  The dates for this school year are:

Family Community Events

These are held monthly to encourage families to get out and have fun with their students.  Monthly events  rotate and include:

• Family Formal

• Roller Skating @ Tarry Hall

• Bowling @ Hudsonville Lanes

• Sport Nights @ GVSU 

• Sport Nights @ Whitecaps
