This is my second year teaching Science at Mire Elementary.
I am married to my wonderful husband Gary.
We have two beautiful daughters. My oldest is named Gabrielle; she is in second grade at Mire, and my youngest is Valerie who is 9 months old.
I love enjoying nature, drinking tea (not coffee), cats, Christmas, and baking!
I have an associates degree in applied science and a bachelor's degree of science from UL.
I have one cat named Ziva, she is 17 years old!
For the last 15 years, I’ve worked as a surgical technologist with my previous associates degree in applied science.
I LOVE surgery and continue to work at the hospital when I am able.
I have a strong passion for science and I am dedicated to inspiring that same enthusiasm in my students.
Gift ideas: While I deeply appreciate your generosity during Christmas and/or teacher appreciation week, I would love it even more if any gift giving could be directed toward our classroom. Classroom treats, a nonfiction book for our bookshelf, a Walmart gift card for experiment supplies, or general supplies would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support!
This is my amazon wish list that I add to as the year goes by.
