Virtual-only registration

• APS member: $20

Virtual registration provides access to the Opening & Closing Plenary Sessions:

• Opening Plenary: Wednesday, June 11, 2025, 5:00–6:30 PM CDT

• Closing Plenary: Friday, June 13, 2025, 2:00–3:00 PM CDT

Covered costs

The conference will provide the following meals and refreshments:

• 1. Day 1: Dinner

  2. Days 2 and 3: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks

Lodging is not included in the registration fee and must be covered by participants.

Financial assistance

We understand that registration, travel, lodging, and caregiving expenses can be barriers to attending the symposium. To support broad participation, we’re offering two financial assistance options:

• Travel Awards: We are no longer accepting applications.

• Caregiver Grants: Provides up to $300 to help cover caregiving expenses.

Awards are given on a first-come, first-served basis, so early applications are encouraged. Be sure to review the application forms for full eligibility details. Award recipients will be asked to submit a brief reflection on what they gained from the symposium.
