2021-2022 Practices begin Friday, 9/3/21 from 4-530p. Due to Covid -19 precautions, tryouts and practices will NOT be open. Please plan to meet parents for pick up after tryouts are completed.

The following paperwork is required in order to participate:

3. NMAA Covid 19 Medical Clearance Form (IF APPLICABLE)

Note: AS OF NOW ALL STUDENTS AND SPECTATORS MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES.

Eligibility of team participation is as follows: ( Weekly grade checks will continue throughout the duration of season)

1. Athletic Physical Form on file at Tres Volcanes or new/updated Athletic Physical; athlete participation consent form, and Covid-19 clearance form, if applicable.

2. 2.0 GPA and no F's for the Quarter and each week after

3. No Behavior Referrals
