Hello and welcome to th 24/25 school year! This is my second year at Tres Volcanes CC School. I was born and raised here in Albuquerque. I have four children and a grandbaby! After raising kids for quite some time, I decided to follow my dream, and become a counselor. I went to UNM where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development, and then received a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Webster University. I have been a counselor in APS for 9 years.
My goal here at Tres Volcanes is to offer a welcoming environment for my students, and to help them with any concern they might have. I believe in providing validation, understanding, and kindness, while also teaching skills that will have a lasting effect.
