Probably the most well known of the math practice websites, Khan Academy will help you or your child by offering challenging AP style practice problems as well as videos and walkthrough solutions to help study for the exam. Uses Psudocode which is what will be used on the AP exam.
This is a paper version of a practice AP CSP exam. The questions are taken from previous year's exams and the answers are at the end.
