Scheduling

The following reports were created by Student Information Systems (SIS), Curriculum and Instruction (C&I), Assessment, and Strategic Analysis & Program Research (SAPR) to assist schools with scheduling. If you have any questions or need help with any visualizations, please email AskSAPR@aps.edu. Important Note: In order to protect student privacy, only the appropriate district and school staff can view the following visualizations. If you need to make edits for scheduling purposes, please make a local copy to edit in order to maintain the integrity of the shared file.

Elementary Scheduling Tracker

To support our schools, teachers, and students, the following tracker keeps track of where things are in regards to scheduling. The tracker updates every 15 minutes based on information exchanged between SIS and schools. If you have a question about the status of your school, please contact the Scheduling Team.

Feeds To and Placement Reports

Based on students' performance on locally normed diagnostic tests (i.e., iReady, NWEA, CB Suite Interim Assessments, and state-mandated spring assessments), each student has been designated as intervene (lower 20%), support with differentiation (middle 60%), or challenge (upper 20%) for English/Language Arts and math. Permission to view individual schools' placement reports is given on an as-needed basis. If you don't see the relevant school folders in the Google Drive window below, please request access by contacting AskSAPR@aps.edu. If you would like more information about the reports, please email Assessment@aps.edu.

AP Potential

With each administration of the PSAT / SAT, students are provided a list of AP courses that they have the potential to do well in based on their test performance. AP Potential is a predicted measure of AP exam success based on College Board assessment performance from the previous year. AP Potential represents a 60% probability of receiving a qualifying score of 3 or higher on a given AP exam. AP Potential for all exams except Spanish Language was derived from College Board. AP Spanish Language Potential was derived from district measures of student Spanish fluency. If you have any questions about AP Potential, please visit the AP Potential page or email Assessment@aps.edu or AskSAPR@aps.edu.
