CB Suite Interim Assessments

NOTE: There are 3 dashboards included on this page: (1) Aggregate Data, (2) Student Level Data by Teacher and (3) Standards Performance

The following information is provided through a joint collaboration between the APS Assessment, School Accountability Support, and Strategic Analysis & Program Research (SAPR) Departments. If you have any questions about how to use the information on this page, please email Assessment@aps.edu.

Dashboard 1 of 3: Aggregate CB Suite - Scores & Benchmarks Dashboard

This dashboard provides the latest CB Suite Interim Assessment results by student group category and college readiness benchmark category. To help with 90-Day Plan development and other goal-setting, filters at the top of the dashboard allow you to view results for specific schools, grades, or teachers. All schools and all teachers affiliated with a given student are represented here. If you wish to view results at the school level, select your school and/or grade to refresh all views in the dashboard. If you wish to view results at the teacher level, set the Select School and Select Grade filters to (All) and select a teacher name to refresh all views in the dashboard. Use the buttons to navigate to other dashboard views or additional resources. The dark blue buttons represent the active view, while the grey buttons represent links to other views. All CB Suite results for previous testing windows are also available to view.

For goal-setting purposes, the following is an example 90-Day Plan goal created according to EOY CB Suite results at the district level:

On the EOY PSAT 8/9 in Fall of SY2021-22, 1,840 students met or exceeded the college and career readiness benchmark in math. By the MOY in December of SY2021-22, 2,024 students (a 10% increase) should meet or exceed the college and career readiness math benchmark on the PSAT 8/9 MOY, with all benchmark counts showing demonstrated growth. (This would mean the 1,840 in green would increase, the 248 in yellow would increase, and the 2,246 in red would decrease).
