Practice schedule for the week of November 6th:
State week and preparing for regionals.
Monday: 4pm, Track, to Stardust, Reverse Oreo
Tuesday - On Your Own, 30 to 40 minute run (no school)
Wednesday - 4pm, Track, 30-40 minute progressive run
Thursday - 4pm, Track, 30 minute run
Friday - On Your Own, 20 minute run for state runners, 30-40 for everyone else
Saturday - Academy State Meet, 10:50 5A boys, 11:35 5A girls
Sunday - On Own, Cross Train, hike, bike, long walk, swim, etc... (more experienced runners can run)
