My name is Pamela Abellanosa (you can call me Ms. Pam), and I am so incredibly excited to be your child’s teacher this year. This will be my 14th year in teaching, and my entire career has been dedicated to the field I am most passionate about: special education. 

My core belief as an educator is that every child brings a unique set of gifts to our classroom. My job isn't just to teach, but to find out what makes your child shine and to build a safe, supportive, and joyful place where they can grow, not just as students, but as confident individuals.

While teaching is my greatest passion, I also love to bring energy and creativity into my life outside of school! You might be surprised to know that I absolutely love to sing karaoke and am always ready to hit the dance floor (we'll definitely have some classroom dance breaks this year!). When I’m looking for a quieter moment, my favorite hobbies are crafting and getting lost in a creative project.

My husband and I also have a big sense of adventure, and we love to explore and travel whenever we get the chance. When we aren't traveling, we are at home with our wonderful dog, Daisy, who keeps us very busy!

I am truly looking forward to partnering with you this year. We are going to have a fantastic time exploring, learning, and succeeding together. Here’s to a wonderful school year!
