MY CITIZENSHIP REPORT
Each day, students will be responsible for showing their family their HHH Planner. This will show your child’s behaviors and study habits for the week. Students will receive a sticker for each day they are respectful and responsible (NO CODES). If a rule is consistently broken, the number of the “code” will be written in the student’s planner. Students will lose one recess for each code they receive during a day. If a student receives more than two codes in one day or have a serious code violation they will lose recess and write an explanation to their parents explaining what happened. Please discuss this report with your child. All students need to recognize positive areas as well as the areas that need improvement. Parent or guardians please sign Planner nightly.
