Homework Expectations
Homework Expectations
Students are expected to read for a minimum of 30 minutes at night. They may break that up into smaller chunks, if that works better for you and/or the student, as long as they read every night, Monday-Friday for a minimum of 30 minutes.

There might be nights with some work, such as a project, so please check your student's agenda each day as they will be writing in it every morning. Please check your student's agenda daily as the most up to date information on homework, projects, and class information is available. Students are expected to write in their agenda daily during the provided class time.

Breakfast and Lunch
Breakfast and Lunch
Both breakfast and lunch are FREE this year. Please have your student get to school on time to eat breakfast if they are not eating it at home. We do not have lunch until 1:00, so it is a long time they will go without eating. Students are welcome to bring a snack for recess (we have recess at 11:00).

Field Trips
We will be attending field trips this year, in order to chaperone you will need to get in touch with the office. Please do this ASAP.
