I have twenty-two years of teaching experience--- two-thirds of which has been spent at Eisenhower Middle School. I have earned a B.S. and an M.A. in Education. I hold two endorsements: Gifted and ESL. I have been deemed highly qualified to teach English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science.

I learned long ago that teaching middle school students was my calling. I value the emotional, cognitive, and social changes that students that age are undergoing. It can be a wonderful new chapter in a child's life, but it is not without a fair share of strife and angst along the way! I am fortunate to be a stopping point on the journey with the amazing human beings that I teach.
