Required Materials

1. Guitar (Nylon Strings preferred) please put a nametag on Guitar and Case. - Yamaha C40 is a great entry level guitar to purchase if you haven’t obtained a guitar yet.

2. Extra set of strings. - Make sure they are the correct strings for the guitar. If you are not sure, ask me or take your guitar to a music store and have them look at it. Putting the incorrect strings will damage the guitar.

3. Tuner or Tuner phone app.

4. Metronome or Metronome phone app.

5. Foot stool – A block of wood or a thick book can be used as well.

6. Music folder (to keep all handouts and music)

7. Bike cable and lock – Only needed student brings their own guitar to class.
