Reflection

Starting Middle school was exciting and a little scary. I was excited to meet new friends as well as change classes. It took a little bit to get used to the new schedule but I got the hang of it. I found friends that I had met through soccer and now we were a the same school.

As I ended my seventh grade year. I have learned so much. I loved taking Art and FACTS this year. I played volleyball and soccer for the school. I was able to be Principal for the day. See the tweet below. I was able to dissect a pig in science. Everyone was grossed out and I loved it. I have worked hard to maintain a 4.0. I am working hard to achieve my goal of playing soccer for the University of Norte Dame.

This summer I was able to attend ISTE conference with my mom. (International Society of Educational Technology). I was able to work the Apple Playground with her. They displayed my work on the iPad. I now get to return to ISTE this summer and be a presenter. I am one of the first students in Albuquerque Public Schools to present at this international conference. I will also be attending a leadership summit at UCLA in June. I am very excited to be a part of both of these this summer.
