Most meetings for the 2026-27 school year will be scheduled on Tuesday mornings. I will send you a notification about a month prior to the meeting. If you are unable to attend a meeting at the scheduled time, please reach out to me as soon as possible as our schedule gets really full.

One or both parents, the general education teacher, the Head Teacher, and I will be the IEP team. Starting in 5th grade, students are asked to be a part of the IEP meeting, however if you or they would like to come to the meeting at an earlier age, that is fine. (Typically a middle school representative will also join 5th grade meetings as they are considered progression meetings well.) Meetings will be held online via a Google Meet. If you prefer an in person meeting, please let me know and we will hold the meeting in one of our school conference rooms or my classroom. Please check in at the office prior to the meeting and they will direct you to the meeting. Before the meeting, you will receive an email with meeting date and time as well as a parent questionnaire. Your input helps us develop a plan to best meet your child's needs. Please return the questionnaire to me prior to the meeting--at least one day before is preferable. Please let me know if you need hard copies of any forms.
