I am a native New Mexican born and raised in Clayton, NM ( Go Yellow Jackets ! ). I am married to Lucinda Montoya and we have two sons, Zachery and Jared. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University, with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. I retired from the State of New Mexico in 2016 after working for the Worker's Compensation and Administration and New Mexico Gaming Control Board for 25 years as a Database Administrator. I enjoy watching soccer, traveling and running. I coached youth soccer for 14 years culminating in receiving the State, Regional and National USYSA Volunteer of the Year in 2016.
