Mr. Rice

Welcome Hoover families and students,

My name is Jason Rice and this will by my first year teaching at Hoover Middle School, although some of you may remember me as a long term sub that finished the 2019 - 2020 school year for Mrs Griego. Last year I moved back to New Mexico from the great state of Alaska where I taught high school for seven years. I graduated from the University of Alaska with a bachelors in history and a masters in education. I love history and have lived parts of it as an Iraq War veteran. I love to travel and see the world and I look forward to sharing my love of history with you and your families. Please feel free to contact me if you ever have any questions or concerns.
