This is my 10th year teaching in 3rd grade, and I hope to be able to stay in 3rd grade until I retire. I love it that much!!! This is my 16th year teaching, and I’ve been fortunate to have spent my entire teaching career here at Georgia O’Keeffe Elementary. Prior to being a teacher, I was an educational assistant in Kindergarten with Mrs. Christian for 4 years, and before that worked as a manager in an HR call center. I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and left the islands when I attended college at the University of Oregon. There I met my husband of 36 years! I enjoy playing board games and watching TV with my family (including my 3 daughters and 1 son-in-law), and going to Hawaii to visit my extended family. I love riding on catamarans!
