Course description: We will begin Spanish 3 with a review of Spanish 1 and 2 material to ensure a solid foundation is established. Students will build their speaking, listening comprehension, reading and writing skills through various activities. Several cultural units will enrich the curriculum and provide students additional learning opportunities to enhance their cultural knowledge and speaking abilities in Spanish.
Because of our limited time to practice together, I highly encourage and recommend that students practice at home with family or friends, whether they are Spanish-speaking or not. Watching Spanish-language television or otherwise listening to Spanish speakers is also beneficial to build listening comprehension skills.
