The Desert Ridge Health Office is staffed by a Registered Nurse and Health Assistant who tend to all ill or injured students and care for those with chronic health conditions. If you have a student with a medical or health need please contact us and discuss your student’s needs with the school nurse.

Welcome to the Health Office

The DRMS Health Office will join with teachers, our counselors, social worker and ancillary staff in providing holistic services that consider the whole child and their family and/or community in our delivery of care. The Health Office staff provides in-person daily care and services such as injury or illness triage, health screenings, and basic first aide. The school nurse and health office provide case management and support of chronic illnesses in the educational setting, immunization review, health reports needed for District Special Education services (IEPs, etc) and offer a safe and comforting place to address student health concerns.
