Mrs. Del Aguila Social Studies & Health

Welcome to my eCADEMY 8th Grade Social Studies/ 7th Grade Health & Wellness Class! I'm Mrs. Del Aguila, and I have been with APS for 9 years. Teaching is my passion. I believe in building relationships and teaching students to be life long learners that will lead them to success. In our class we will build a strong community of hard working individuals who work together to accomplish our goals. I am excited to work with you all and begin our journey in this exciting online school.

WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS UNIQUE? (Collaborative/Project Based)

All of the work for 8th grade Social Studies will be through Google Classroom. We do NOT use Edgenuity.  Due to this, our class provides a more collaborative and critical thinking environment. We work together as a family to learn about history and how to be better humans for each other! Our class is a project based and critical thinking model. We work on projects and activities that create authentic learning and instill a love for learning in all students.
