My vision is clear, as an adult, a teacher, an officer of Marines, - a citizen It's my duty to provide opportunities to those students who would not otherwise have them. These opportunities will allow students to explore new opportunities; learn from their experiences and face new challenges head on. Ultimately, my cadets will raise their personal standards, dream bigger and accomplish anything they set out to do. I will do my utmost to foster an environment of mutual trust, while remaining approachable. I'll strive to always be be patient, understanding, just, and firm. I'll do my best to continually encourage my students set new and expansive goals that will enable them to grow their self confidence, increase maturity, improve the decision making process, and experience individual and group pride. I envision a group of young adults who will be successful and recognized as noteworthy representatives of Cibola High School and their hometown communities.
